Did you know she's the gift we got on the other side of everything that tried to break us? After he conquered his addiction, after he won back my heart, after I forgave him, after love moved mountains to bring us back together....2 pink lines showed up to bring us a billion times more love.

It was the first time I was pregnant with a sober husband. We took sacred pregnancy classes and planned for a homebirth.

He caught her in his arms. Then he handed her to me and let me see if she was the SHE I thought she'd be. I cried because she was exactly the child I'd been seeing in my dreams for 9 months.

She is pure light and joy. She's the cherry on top of everything in our lives.

And she's our ever-present reminder of the POWER of love.

So we named her Kama....because it means...
